This is a highly recommended video on HIT (high intensity training) to burn some fat, and to get some workout done once a day.

It only takes 10 minutes, so there is no excuse for not doing it, and also there is no equipment required so you can do it at home!

Doesn’t matter how many reps you do, just DONT STOP, if you do the training well enough, despite only 10 mins of workout, you will be sweating like mad. (this is coming from an elite sports player!!)
